The Belgian Final was held on March 9th at the Casino Kursaal in Oostende, hosted by Jessie De Caluwe. Clouseau sang several songs, three which were contenders for the ESC. The winner was chosen by Clouseau themselves.

Clouseau previously came 2nd in the 1989 Belgian Final. At the ESC they were 16th.
