"Eyes that never lie" - Petr Elfimov
The Belarussian Final was held on January 19th at the Sports Palace in Minsk, hosted by Anastasija Tihanovich & Dmitry Koldun who represented Belarus in ESC 2007. Before the final there was a semi-final - click here for details: BELARUSSIAN SEMI-FINAL 2009 The winner was chosen by televoting. 'Veter v Golove' sang a different song from the one they performed in the semi-final.

Petr Elfimov was previously a backing singer for Belarus in ESC 2004. At the 1st ESC Semi-Final he came 13th.
