The Albanian Final was held on December 20th at the Palace of Congress in Tirana, hosted by Adi Krasta & Ledina Celo. Before the final there were two semi-finals - click here for details: ALBANIAN SEMI-FINALS 2004 The winner was chosen by televoting (50%) & an "expert" jury (50%). The top 5 were announced (in no specific order) before the top 3 were revealed - the other performers in the top 5 were Rudi & Ingrid Jushi and Kujtim Prodani.
