The UK Final was held at the BBC TV Studios in London March 24th, hosted by Terry Wogan. The winning song was chosen by the votes of 7 regional juries.

Bardo were Sally-Ann Triplett & Stephen Fischer - Sally-Ann previously represented the UK in ESC 1980 in the group 'Prima Donna'. At the ESC, Bardo came 7th. One of the members of 'Good Looks' was Lavinia Rodgers who was a backing singer for the UK in ESC 1971.
