The Dutch Final was held on February 22nd at the Carré in Amsterdam, hosted by Willy Dobbe & Barend Barendse. Sandra & Andres sang all the songs and the winner was chosen by a jury.

Sandra previously came equal 7th in the 1970 Dutch Final. At the ESC she & Andres were 4th.
