The Greek Final was held on March 10th at the ERT TV Studios in Paiania, hosted by Vassilis Tsivilikas. The winning song was chosen by a jury of people who awarded each song a mark out of 10.

Anna Vissi was joined at the ESC by the group 'The Epikouri' where they came 13th. One of the backing vocalists of Yiannis Floriniotis was Keti Garbi who went on to represent Greece at ESC 1993.
