The Belgian Final was held on March 3rd at the Amerikaans Theatre in Brussels, hosted by Karl Buts. Before the final there were 4 semi-finals - click here for details: BELGIAN SEMI-FINALS 1979 Micha Marah sang all the songs and the winner was chosen by an "expert" jury.
