The Ukrainian Semi-Finals were held at the STB Pavilion in Gostomel, Kiev, hosted by Dmitry Tankovich & Alexander Pedan. The top 3 songs in each semi-final, chosen by televoting (50%) & an "expert" jury (50%) qualified for the final.
