The UK Final was held on March 12th at the BBC TV Centre in London, hosted by Graham Norton. The winner was chosen in two rounds - in the first round the six acts performed cover versions. Pete Waterman then chose 3 of them to go forward to the second round to perform the ESC entry. The winner was then chosen by televoting.
