"Hold me closer" - Cornelia Jakobs
The Swedish Final was held at the Friends Arena in Stockholm on March 12th, hosted by Oscar Zia. Before the final there were 5 semi-finals - click here for details: SWEDISH SEMI-FINALS 2022 The winner was chosen by 8 international juries (50%) & a public vote (50%). The public vote consisted of a mobile phone app where users were split into one of 7 age groupings (7/8) & televoting (1/8).

Cornelia Jakobs previously took part in the 2011 & 2012 Swedish Semi-Finals in the group 'Love Generation'. At the ESC she was 4th. Anna Bergendahl represented Sweden at ESC 2010. John Lundvik represented Sweden at ESC 2019. Robin Bengtsson represented Sweden at ESC 2017.
