The Spanish Final was held on February 26th at the TVE TV Studios in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, hosted by Carolina Ferre. Before the final there was a semi-final - click here for details: SPANISH SEMI-FINAL 2013 The winner was chosen by televoting (50%) & an "expert" jury (50%).
