The Slovene Final was held on February 24th at the RTVSLO TV Studios in Ljubljana, hosted by Vid Valic & Raiven. Before the final there was a semi-final - click here for details: SLOVENE SEMI-FINAL 2018 The winner was chosen by televoting (50%) & 6 juries (50%).

Lea Sirk was previously a backing singer for Slovenia in ESC 2014 & 2016. She also came equal 9th in the 2009 Slovene Final, 10th in 2010, took part in the 2012 Slovene Heats (in the group 'Leaparfume') & took part in the 2017 Slovene Semi-Finals. At the ESC she was 22nd.
