The Serbian Semi-Finals were held at the RTS TV Studios in Belgrade, hosted by Dragana Kosjerina Perduv & Kristina Radenkovic. The top 8 songs in each semi-final, chosen by chosen by SMS voting (50%) & an "expert" jury (50%) qualified for the final.
