The Serbian Semi-Finals were held at the RTS TV Studios in Belgrade, hosted by Dragana Kosjerina, Jovan Radomir, Kristina Radenkovic & Stefan Popovic. The top 6 songs in each semi-final, chosen by SMS voting (50%) & an "expert" jury (50%) qualified for the final. Bora Dugic was due to perform 'Svadba velika' with Balkubano but had to withdraw due to illness.
