The Serbian Final was held on February 20th at the Sava Centar in Belgrade, hosted by Dragana Kosjerina, Kristina Radenkovic, Branko Veselinovic & Aleksandar Stojanovic. The winner was chosen by televoting (50%) & an "expert" jury (50%).

One of the members of Balkanika was Danica Krstic who previously came equal 2nd in the 2015 Serbian Final. At the ESC Sanja Ilic & Balkanika came 19th. Rambo Amadeus represented Montenegro in ESC 2012. Saška Janks was a backing singer for Serbia in ESC 2010, 2011 & 2015. Amongst the members of 'Osmi Vazduh & Drugari' were Jelena Ðuric who was a backing singer for Serbia in ESC 2008, 2013, 2016 & 2017 and Jelena Pajic who was a backing singer for Montenegro in ESC 2015 & Serbia in ESC 2017.
