The Sammarinese Final was held on February 19th at Teatro Nuovo in Dogana, hosted by Senhit & Jonathan Kashanian. Ten established singers & nine emerging artists were due to participate, however one of the established singers - Blind - withdrew his song "Non mi perdo più" for health reasons. Achille Lauro came 14th at the 2nd ESC Semi-Final. Basti was a backing singer for San Marino at ESC 2018. Miodio represented San Marino at ESC 2008.
