"Miracle" - Paula Seling & Ovi
The Romanian Final was held on March 1st at the Sica Alexandrescu Theatre in Brasov, hosted by Nicolle Stanese. The winner was chosen by televoting (50%) and an "expert" jury (50%).

Paula Seling & Ovi previously represented Romania in ESC 2010. Paula also came 4th in the 1998 Romanian Final, equal 3rd in 2003, equal 6th in 2004 & 3rd in 2008. Ovi took part in the 2006 Norwegian Semi-Finals & the 2009 Norwegian Final. At the ESC they were equal 11th.
