The Romanian Semi-Finals were held at the TVR TV Studios in Bucharest, hosted by Paula Seling, Ovidiu Cernauteanu, Andreea Banica & Marius Rizea. The top 6 songs in each semi-final, chosen by televoting (50%) and an "expert" jury (50%) qualified for the final.
