The Romanian Final was held on March 10th at the TVR TV Studios in Bucharest, hosted by Iulia Pârlea & Constantin Trofin. The winner was chosen by televoting (50%) and an "expert" jury (50%).

Mandinga previously came 4th in the 2005 Romanian Final. At the ESC they were equal 12th. Bianca Purcarea was a backing singer for Romania in ESC 2010.
