The Portuguese Semi-Finals were held at the RTP TV Studios in Lisbon. Six songs in each semi-final qualified for the final in two rounds of voting - in the first round the top 5 were chosen by televoting (50%) & an "expert" jury (50%). In the second round one more song was selected by televoting.
