The Norwegian Semi-Finals were held at the H3 Arena in Fornebu, Bærum. The first four semi-finals were hosted by Ingrid Gjessing Linhave, Ronny Brede Aase & Kåre Magnus Bergh, however Ingrid was replaced by Silje Nordnes for the 5th semi-final & 'Last Chance Show'. In each semi-final the songs competed against each other in two rounds of duels - the first to select the top 2 and the second to select the winner. The 'Last Chance Show' was held at the NRK Radio Studios in Oslo. The finalists were chosen by online voting.
