The Norwegian Semi-Finals were held at the H3 Arena in Fornebu, Bærum, hosted by Ingrid Gjessing Linhave, Ronny Brede Aase & Kåre Magnus Bergh. In each semi-final the songs competed against each other in two rounds of duels - the first to select the top 2 and the second to select the winner. The finalists were chosen by online voting.
