The Norwegian Semi-Finals were hosted by Marte Stokstad & Per Sundnes. The top 2 songs in each semi-final (chosen by televoting) qualified for the final, while the 3rd & 4th placed songs in the first 3 semi-finals went forward to the 4th semi-final where they had a second chance to qualify for the final. After the first 3 semi-finals were held, two 'wildcards' were given for the 4th semi-final to the 2 highest scoring losing songs from the first 3 semi-finals. In the 4th semi-final, the songs competed in pairs - firstly to select the top 4 (indicated below by P1- P4) and then to select the top 2 (indicated by P5-P6) that qualified for the final.
