"Heaven" - D-mol
The Montenegrin Final was held on February 9th at the RTCG TV Studios in Podgorica, hosted by Ajda Šufta & Ivan Maksimovic. The winner was chosen in two rounds of voting. In the first round the top 2 were chosen by 3 juries - a radio station jury (25%), an international "expert" jury (25%), a Montenegrin "expert" jury (25%) & SMS voting (25%). In the second round the winner was chosen by SMS voting.
