"In the middle" - Natalia Barbu
The Moldovan Final was held on February 17th at the TRM TV Studios in Chisinau, hosted by Ion Jalba & Doina Stimpovschii. The winner was chosen by an "expert" jury (50%) & televoting (50%). As there was a tie at the end of the voting, the "expert" jury vote took precedence.

Natalia Barbu previously represented Moldova at ESC 2007. She also came 2nd in the 2011 Moldovan Final and took part in the 2013 Romanian Semi-Finals. At the 1st ESC Semi-Final she was 13th. Valeria Pasha was a backing singer for Moldova at ESC 2023.
