"Hey mamma" - Sunstroke Project
The Moldovan Final was held on February 25th at the TRM TV Studios in Chisinau, hosted by Gloria Gorceag & Liviu Gulica. Before the final there was a semi-final - click here for details: MOLDOVAN SEMI-FINAL 2017 The winner was chosen by televoting (50%) & an "expert" jury (50%). As there was a tie at the end of the voting, the televote result (which Sunstroke Project won) took precedence.

Sunstroke Project previously represented Moldova in ESC 2010. They also came 3rd in the 2009 Moldovan Final & 3rd in 2015. The lead singer of the group also came 9th in the 2008 Moldovan Final (as 'Jay Mon'). At the ESC they were 3rd.
