The Lithuanian Semi-Finals were held at at the LRT TV Studios in Vilnius, hosted by Gabriele Martirosian & Nombeko Auguste Khotseng. The top 2 in each semi-final, chosen by an "expert" jury (50%) & televoting (50%) qualified for the final.
