"That night" - Carousel
The Latvian Final was held on February 16th at the Riga Film Studio, hosted by Dagmara Legante & Ketija Šenberga. Before the final there were 2 semi-finals - click here for details: LATVIAN SEMI-FINALS 2019 The winner was chosen by an "expert" jury (50%) and televoting/online voting/spotify listens (50%). The first column of results is the placings of the televoting/online voting/spotify listens and the second is the "expert" jury.

Carousel were Sabine Zuga & Marcis Vasilevskis. Sabine was previously a backing singer for Ritvars in the 2018 Latvian Final. Marcis was also one of the members of the group Laime Pilniga. At the 2nd ESC Semi-Final they came 15th.
