The Latvian Quarter-Finals were held at the LTV Studios in Riga, hosted by Ketija Šenberga & Toms Grevinš. Four songs in each quarter-final qualified for the semi-final - 2 chosen by televoting/internet voting and 2 chosen by an "expert" jury.
