The Israeli Semi-Final was held on February 3rd at the Kan TV studios in Jerusalem, hosted by Liron Weizman. The most popular song for each singer qualified for the final. The result was determined by an "expert" jury (25%), the X-Factor judges (25%) & online voting and a mobile phone app (50%) which was open between January 30th-February 3rd.
