The French Final was held on March 5th at the La Plaine St Denis TV Studios near Paris, hosted by Stéphane Bern & Laurence Boccolini. The winner was chosen in two rounds of voting - in the first round the top 5 chosen by televoting and 1 more chosen by an international "expert" jury qualified for the second round where the winner was chosen by televoting (50%) & an international "expert" jury (50%).
