The Estonian Final was held on February 17th at Tondiraba Jäähall in Tallinn, hosted by Tõnis Niinemets & Grete Kuld. Before the final there was a semi-final - click here for details: ESTONIAN SEMI-FINAL 2024 The winner was chosen in two rounds of voting. In the first round the top 3 were chosen by televoting (50%) & an international "expert" jury (50%). In the second round the winner was chosen by televoting.
