The Estonian Semi-Finals were held at Viimsi Artium, hosted by Tõnis Niinemets & Grete Kuld. Five songs in each semi-final qualified for the final in two rounds of voting - in the first round the top 4 were chosen by televoting (50%) & an "expert" jury (50%). In the second round one more song was selected by televoting. After the 2nd semi-final another televote was opened for two 'wildcards' for the final. The result was announced on January 16th.
