The Estonian Semi-Finals were held at the Tartu University Sports Hall, hosted by Karl-Erik Taukar & Tõnis Niinemets. Six songs in each semi-final qualified for the final in two rounds of voting. In the first round, the top 4 were chosen by televoting (50%) & an "expert" jury (50%). In the second round two more songs were chosen by televoting.
