"Storm" - Victor Crone
The Estonian Final was held on February 16th at Saku Suurhall in Tallinn, hosted by Piret Krumm & Karl-Erik Taukar. Before the final there were 2 semi-finals - click here for details: ESTONIAN SEMI-FINALS 2019 The winner was chosen in two rounds of voting. In the first round the top 3 were chosen by televoting (50%) & an international "expert" jury (50%). In the second round the winner was chosen by televoting.

Victor Crone previously took part in the 2015 Swedish Semi-Finals. At the ESC he was 20th. Tanja represented Estonia in ESC 2014. Birgit (Õigemeel) represented Estonia in ESC 2013. Sandra Nurmsalu represented Estonia in ESC 2009.
