The Estonian Semi-Finals were held at the ERR TV Studios in Tallinn, hosted by Kristel Aaslaid & Martin Veisman. Five songs in each semi-final qualified for the final in two rounds of voting - in the first round the top 4 were chosen by televoting (50%) & an "expert" jury (50%). In the second round one more song was chosen for the final by televoting.
