The Estonian Semi-Finals were held at the ETV TV Studios in Tallinn, hosted by Helen Sürje & Henrik Kalmet. The top 5 songs in each semi-final qualified for the final. The voting was a mixture of televoting (50%) and an "expert" jury (50%).
