The Estonian Final was held on March 2nd at the Nokia Concert Hall in Tallinn, hosted by Anu Välba & Marko Reikop. Before the final there were 2 semi-finals - click here for details: ESTONIAN SEMI-FINALS 2013 The winner was chosen in two rounds of voting. In the first round the top 2 songs were chosen by televoting (50%) and an "expert" jury (50%). In the second round the winner was chosen by televoting.

Birgit Õigemeel previously came 3rd in the 2008 Estonian Final & 7th in 2012. At the ESC she was 20th. Amongst her backing singers were Kaido Põldma & Lauri Pihlapi who both represented Estonia in ESC 2001 as members of the group '2XL'. One of the members of Kõrsikud was Jaan Pehk who was a member of the group Ruffus who represented Estonia in ESC 2003.
