"Rhythm of love" - Alena Lanskaya
The Belarussian Final was held at the BTRC TV Studios in Minsk on December 7th, hosted by Olga Ryzhikova & Denis Dudinskiy. The winner was chosen by televoting (50%) and an "expert" jury (50%).

Alena Lanskaya previously won the 2012 Belarussian Final but was subsequently disqualified. At the ESC she came 16th. The lead singer of YanKey (Yan Zhenchak) was a backing singer for Belarus in ESC 2009. Another member of the group was Dmitry Mikulich who was the guitarist for Belarus in ESC 2009. Uzari (Yuriy Navrotskiy) was a backing singer for Belarus in ESC 2011.
