The Albanian Semi-Finals were held at the Palace of Congress in Tirana, hosted by Adriana Matoshi, Kledi Kadiu, Krisa Çaushi & Xhuliano Dule. Fourteen established artists (E) and seventeen newcomers (N) participated. All established artists and eight of the newcomers qualified for the final. The finalists were chosen by an "expert" jury.
