"Diell" - Elhaida Dani
"Thoughts, fever and fire like the sun"
The Albanian Final was held on December 28th at the Palace of Congress in Tirana, hosted by Turjan Hyska, Floriana Garo & Liberta Spahiu. Before the final there were 2 semi-finals - click here for details: ALBANIAN SEMI-FINALS 2015 The winner was chosen by an "expert" jury. In February, the composer of the winning song withdrew their permission for the song to go to the ESC (due to proposed changes in the song), therefore a new song - "I'm alive" was written for Elhaida Dani to sing at the ESC.

Elhaida Dani previously came equal 14th in the 2012 Albanian Final. At the ESC she was 17th where Erga Halilaj was one of her backing singers. Erga was also a backing singer for Albania in ESC 2014. Klajdi Musabelliu was a backing singer for Albania in ESC 2004.
